Before we submit any proposal we have an extensive range of analysis questions, and business diagnostic tools to establish your company’s current position and give us insight into what, if anything, we can do to help.
It’s where we start with every business owner. Your investment includes a one hour meeting with your Coach. During this meeting your Coach will learn as much as possible about your business, your goals, your challenges, your sales, your marketing, and finances.
Our proposal (should there be one) will outline all the issues, summarise your needs and detail exactly how and where we can help you improve profits sales and cash.
This varies depending on the issues you want to address. If you want to develop a simple business plan and deliver a boost to your business this may take only 6 – 8 weeks. Depending on your goals and the complexity of the business challenges that need to be overcome, it may require 3-6 months. This is not a silver bullet or quick fix; it takes time to turn around aspects of how you do things.
The average coaching program for a business (the size of the business and number of employees has a bearing) that wants to go to the next level can last from 12 weeks to twelve months.
It may take the form of weekly or fortnightly sessions that focus on defining your goals, planning and developing marketing strategies. Analysis of your finances and improving staff productivity would be addressed.

Each engagement is customized to the needs and budget of the business owner. Your investment will depend on the scope of our undertaking together. We provide programs to grow your business starting at $495 to $795 for a six week course. We created these offerings for independent professionals and micro businesses (turnover $50,000 to $150,000).
Larger businesses may require a more intense one on one approach – at a higher investment level. Remember we offer an unconditional Happiness Guarantee. If you are not happy with the value you have received for you investment in the first month, your money will be refunded.
